Free Shipping Charges

If you decided to utilize our “Free Shipping” option, and decided to return 1 or more sunglasses, the total refund you will receive will be less the $5 shipping charge.

No shipping charges are ever refunded with returned products or undeliverable packages.

International Shipments

For USPS Priority Mail, we ONLY guarantee the shipment to arrive to your country and customs department. We do not guarantee the successful/failed delivery attempts made by your local carrier. In the event a package is returned to us, we will refund your total amount less shipping charges upon receiving the package. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or VAT within your country. We are not responsible for any delayed or lost shipments due to returns from your country's customs department. 

First Class mail is the USPS cheapest and slowest form of shipping. Although a tracking number is issued for the shipment, the USPS does NOT track this shipment beyond their facility. For USPS First Class Mail, we ONLY guarantee mailing of the item. We are not responsible for any delayed or lost shipment. Please allow up to 14 weeks for delivery. In the event a package is returned to us, we will refund your total amount less shipping charges upon receiving the package.

Sale items marked in red are NOT returnable. All sales are final.

Product Liability

All of our products are manufactured overseas by various manufacturers and imported into the US.
Quality testing is done during the manufacturing and packaging process, whereas we cannot assure that these products are free from defects. In an event that your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will be more than happy to replace them.
We sell quality sunglasses which are intended for normal sun protection under normal use. House of Sunglasses is not liable for any damages caused by using these products. Please use at your own risk.
